A Grand Slam day can be as full as you want it to be. Balance it with a slower morning in the city, a riverside walk or time to settle into a café before the next session.
Choose the middle weekend if you enjoy following the draw as it develops. Choose a finals stay if you want the closing matches to shape the trip. Either way, leave enough space to experience Melbourne beyond the tournament gates.
