Court15 Travel is a travel enquiry and referral platform operated by C15 Sports Projects Ltd. Our website allows users to submit holiday enquiries relating to racket sport travel. We then connect those enquirers with verified, independent travel agents who operate their own regulated businesses and who are responsible for the arrangement, booking, and fulfilment of travel services.
C15 Sports Projects Ltd is not itself a travel agent, tour operator, or holiday provider. We do not directly arrange, book, sell, or fulfil travel services, holidays, flights, accommodation, or any other travel-related products. We act solely as an introductory platform connecting prospective travellers with independent agent partners.
This is an important distinction. It means that:
Any contract for the purchase of travel services is formed directly between you and the independent travel agent you are connected with — not with C15 Sports Projects Ltd.
The independent travel agent you are connected with is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, the quality of the services they arrange, compliance with applicable travel regulations, and any ABTA, ATOL, or other regulatory protections applicable to your booking.
C15 Sports Projects Ltd accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, or negligence of any independent travel agent partner, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from the travel services arranged by them.
3. Our agent partners
Court15 Travel works exclusively with travel agents who have been verified as holding their own registered businesses and who operate in compliance with applicable UK travel industry regulations. However, we do not warrant, guarantee, or take responsibility for the regulatory status, financial standing, quality of service, or conduct of any agent partner at any given time.
Before entering into any booking or financial commitment with a travel agent you are connected with through our platform, we strongly encourage you to:
Confirm their ABTA membership or ATOL licence number and verify these independently with the relevant regulatory body. Review their own terms and conditions carefully before making any payment. Ensure you understand what financial protection applies to your booking and what recourse is available to you in the event of a dispute or business failure.
Any complaints or disputes arising from a booking made through a Court15 Travel agent partner should be directed in the first instance to the agent concerned. C15 Sports Projects Ltd is not a party to any booking contract and cannot be held responsible for resolving booking disputes.
